Represented the City of Northport and the City of Palm Bay in major utilities acquisitions resulting in purchase prices at less than half that demanded by the utility company.
Successfully represented Disney Development Corporation in a complex land use civil suit seeking as much as $40 million. The case concluded in 1997, after three appeals affirming a judgment awarding no damages.
Successfully defended before the Florida Supreme Court Orange County's right to impose distance requirements on package liquor stores.
Involved in complex litigation representing Orange County in the initial construction of the Convention Center.
Represented several large Billboard companies including Clear Channel Outdoor, POA Acquisition Corporation, Max Media and Cashi in an appeal securing a company's right to be compensated for the taking of a billboard. In 1994, handled an appeal securing Full Compensation for the taking of a billboard.
1994 - Helped obtain a $7 million verdict for a client against the Orlando/Orange County Expressway Authority. Successfully defended the award on appeal.
Involved in approximately 100 appeals, five cases went before the Florida Supreme Court.
Handled numerous cases that challenged local government restrictions on land use.
Represented the Orange County Public Library for 15 years.
