Background:
Tim was born in North Carolina in 1960, Shortly thereafter, his family moved to Naperville, Illinois where he spent his childhood. Tim served as a paratrooper with United States Army, 82nd Airborne Division, before obtaining his B.S. from the University of Oregon in 1989, and his M.S. from the University of Denver in 1990. In 2002, Tim graduated from William Mitchell College of Law. Tim and his wife Eva reside in Altamonte Springs, Florida.
Experience:
Prior to joining Thomas P. Callan, P.A., Tim was fortunate enough to serve as the House Rules Committee Administrator for the Oregon State Legislature where he worked on controversial measures such as campaign finance reform and term limits. Tim also served as a Court Administrator for the Superior Court of Maricopa County, Arizona were he managed the implementation of the Mandatory Alternative Discovery, civil fast track program, and served as an administrator for the probate, mental health, and tax departments. The majority of Tim's legal efforts as an attorney have been concentrated in the area of eminent domain.
